Information
The monthly calendar highlights general themes and special activities (including birthday celebrations!) in the Preschool, during the regular school year. Teaching topics and directions which emerge naturally during classes will not usually be listed here.
A variety of church programs and activities which may be of interest to Preschool families are included. For more information regarding church programs you may click on the links provided or call the church office. (250)744-2411
Preschool families may also submit information regarding events they think might be of interest to our Preschool community. If you would like to see an event listed here, please submit the information to the Preschool office via info@northdouglaspreschool.com

Come join us for inflatable bouncy castles and games, fire-truck, face-painting, and free bbq.! The Preschool will be open for tours to current and prospective families and friends.

Every October 31st from 6-8pm our gym is filled with carnival booths, each representing a different geographical locations in the world. Every guest is issued a 'passport' at the door which is stamped as they travel through the games. Come one come all for free hotdogs, snacks and candy, candy, candy! A safe and fun Hallowe'en alternative for kids of all ages.

Do your Christmas shopping for a GREAT cause! ...from 10am-2pm in the gym. All crafty individuals are invited to rent their own table for $50 with all proceeds from table rentals/canteen sales going to support programs for children and youth. See details on their facebook page

Handmade Village Craft Market - 3rd Saturday in November
Every Christmas Eve a special service including traditional carol-singing and the story of Christ's birth is held in the auditorium of North Douglas Church. Brilliant with candles and fragrant with greenery this particularly beautiful hour-long service has become a well-loved family tradition for many.

In celebration of another school year, students perform a variety of songs and poems for family and friends in the sanctuary. Following the presentation of individual awards and graduation certificates all are invited to join us for tea and goodies in the dining room. Don't forget your cameras. Exact date to be announced.
