North Douglas Preschool has offered quality early childhood care and education to the families of Victoria for 20 years.
Since it's beginnings as a morning class in one room, our centre has continually blossomed and now offers full and half-day programs, year-round.

We believe that every child must be accepted first as an individual, and that by appreciating and supporting them for who they are at this moment, we take the critical first step toward helping them grow into being all that they can be.

North Douglas Preschool exists to provide a holistic learning environment which will support very young children in the development of the skills and strengths necessary to provide a foundation for lifelong learning. Our program is designed to allow children to learn and develop at their own pace while enjoying the activities that they love best.
North Douglas Preschool is a fully licensed facility and is regulated by the Vancouver Island Health Authority. It operates as a non-profit entity under the direction of the board of North Douglas Child Care Society. North Douglas Preschool is a ministry of North Douglas Church and maintains a Christian focus for governance and teaching.

Our Child Care Centre admits children aged 1 to 5 years, year round.

We do not charge a wait-list fee

All interested families are encouraged to call the preschool office or send an email with contact information, name of child, birthdate of child and days and times of care requested.
When space is available, a completed registration form and non-refundable $25 administration fee are required to secure all new registration
